The selection of reeds was limited, or I would have purchased some different strengths.
You do not have a large enough selection of saxophone reeds.

for years sam ash has been my go to for all my music equiptment needs the are the best at what they do i have never beed disappointed in their service.even if a competetor has a better deal on a piece of equiptment i still shop with sam ash because they are loyal to their customers and giving them the best in product and service, to me thats worth more then saving a dollar.

I've purchased items from the Sam Ash store in the past, but I had never purchased items online from Sam Ash. So they already had a reputation that I could trust.
I've purchased from Sam Ash, the store, many times over the years. The Canoga Park store is the closest to where I live. This is my first purchase online, but knowing Sam Ash's track record, I don't feel I have anything to worry about.

Sam ash was wonderful, besides 1 item being unavailable or that when I contacted them. The problem was only 80% resolved. Service was nice. Humans... Always making mistakes...
