My only critique is that when UPS called with shipping info, they named the manufacturer as the shipper, not Stacks and Stacks, so I was unsure what the shipment was in regards to. An email should be sent before the shipment with the name of the manufacturer.
Did a google search and the product I liked brought me to the site. Have not found this item on other shopping sites so was impressed.

Shipping is a little high however they ship very fast.
Shipping is high, and their prices on Amazon.com are very high. I am ordering from them because they have some products I was not able to find anywhere else.

Found them doing a random search - for laundry carts, Mother lives in assisted living and needed something to roll laundry to and from room. Found a steel cart with a shelf and rod for hang ups with the basket giving it enough height to eliminate some of the lifting. Price was comparable and free shipping made it cheaper. Easy to put together. One lock nut wasn't threaded right but overall assembled quickly.

I was amazed at speed of delivery. Product was as pictured and described, high quality and well made.
Sounds good, but difficult to make judgements before merchandise is received.

I like the plate rack very much. Don't know if this item ever goes on markdown, if it did, I'd purchase another one. I'm glad shipping was included in the price.

For the most part I was quite impressed with Stacks and Stacks handling of my order. I had a slight issue with purchase but it was resolved.

I love the product! Wasn't expecting to use all six pieces, but was able to find a place to use each item in the set. My kitchen sink cabinet and others are now beautifully organized and will help me to know where all my kitchen necessities are located. Thank you for your wonderful ideas and products!

While the product lived up to the descrition, it was too large and heavy. I need to return the item and am still waiting to get the okay from Stacks to drag this to the postal service.
