An excellent shopping experience all-round and if it was not for the extremely expensive Swedish import taxes I would gladly become a regular customer at Sweetwater. If in the future I need to order products from outside the EU I will have absolutely no hesitation in contacting Sweetwater for my order.
I'm very pleased with my purchase experience, especially due to the high level of service that I received from the sales representative that I spoke with via telephone. Sweetwater have an excellent website with comprehensive product images coupled with very thorough product information i.e. descriptions, suggestions, and specifications. The customer review section relating to each product page was also of great interest to me. This is exactly what I want when I purchase goods of any kind. Well done Sweetwater!

Between their large inventory, friendly website, extensive tutorials and knowledgable sales staff, this is an exceptional company. The industry standard!
Hands down, the best musical instrument source. The price is right, the information and photos abundant, the personal service is exceptional, the warranty beats the rest, and Sweetwater's help videos just take it over the top!

I do a lot of on-line business with music stores and Sweetwater is, by far, the best!
I do a lot of business with online music stores but Sweetwater is my favorite. They are very efficient and it's apparent (to me) they care about satisfying the customer. The prices are competitive, the packaging is excellent, the shipping is fast, the candy is sweet, most of all, the sales people are exemplary!

Sweetwater is by far, flat-out THE best online music instrument store in every way. They have the best web site with the most efficient, user-friendly and intuitive search features and criteria; they have the clearest, best written and most relevant product descriptions; they have the friendliest customer service and even their selection of products is class or two better and higher than what you can find at GuitarCenter, MusiciansFriend, Sam Ash, etc. In a nutshell, Sweetwater is miles ahead of all similar stores.
